Mentmore is currently recruiting for an Enterprise Architect for our client, for a leading charity organisation who are scaling up their IT department. They are looking to bring on board an experienced TOGAF certified Enterprise Architect with a good understanding of building roadmaps and managing complex infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Build a holistic view and roadmap of the charity’s technology strategy, processes, and information technology roadmap.
• Engage with the business stakeholders to understand their concerns and needs of the company.
• Build the long-term strategic roadmap for all IT systems architecture and seamlessly integrate charity and service strategy into the enterprise architecture roadmap.
• Lead the design and modelling of tactical architectures for delivery, development, and support of projects.
• Designing, integrating, and managing complex infrastructure solutions (e.g. VMware, Citrix)
• Develop and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure that a consistent framework is applied across the company.
• Partner with charity and technology SME’s to elicit and translate business requirements into technological solutions.
• Ensure that the architecture meets security standards including GDPR and PCI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good senior-level stakeholder management soft skills and competencies.

 

Experience required:

• Enterprise Architecture (5+ years) experience
• TOGAF certified
• Excellent experience of designing, integrating, and managing complex infrastructure solutions (e.g. VMware, Citrix)
• Good knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering
• Significant demonstrated experience with business process and performance modelling, benchmarking, and financial analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
