Mentmore is currently recruiting for a Senior CX Cloud Consultant for our client, a leading organisation who are scaling up their IT practice. They are looking to bring on board an experienced Senior CX Cloud Consultant with extensive experience with Oracle based applications, CX Cloud, Solution design and Software.

Role Purpose: The role is customer-facing, working on the delivery of Oracle CX Cloud projects, so ideally the successful candidate will have extensive experience in delivering CX Cloud projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be working within an established team of CX Cloud consultants
• Performing a senior technical role, guiding Consultants and client personnel on best practice techniques.
• Performing a team leader role, leading and managing company teams on customer projects.
• Designing and architecting solutions
• Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle Engagement Cloud
• Leading and facilitating user experience focused workshops with customers
• Leading workshops and client meetings to understand the Business Requirements
• Leading solution designs, describing how the Oracle application, CX Cloud CRM, or a module of the Oracle application, fits in to the rest of the architecture.
• Prototyping and designing wireframes to support user interface and user experience design activities
• Creating functional designs, high-level designs and low-level designs as appropriate.
• Providing implementation, enhancement and support of Oracle application-based solutions.
• Learning, and keeping up to date with Oracle application configuration skills.
• Configuring the Packaged Software to support integration to other packaged and custom software.
• Engaging with Oracle as part of understanding more about the products in which we specialise and their roadmaps.

Required skills:

• Extensive experience in Oracle applications, CX Cloud CRM
• Have delivered multiple Oracle CX Cloud projects previously.
• Extensive knowledge of solution design, development, implementation and architecture
• Track record of functional designs, HLD/LLD and designing wireframes
• Excellent knowledge of Oracle application-based solutions
• Provided best practice techniques in the past to multiple teams
