Enterprise Solution Architect
Mentmore is currently supporting a rapidly growing FTSE 100 organisation across a large-scale project. Mentmore require an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect for their customer engagement platforms with extensive experience with eCommerce, PIM and DAM.
Key responsibilities:
- You will be leading solution and enterprise architecture for a modern Web and native Mobile App engagement platforms.
- Design digital architecture from a web and mobile perspective.
- DXP/CMS solutions for EpiServer, Sitecore or similar.
- Integrating engagement platforms with CIAM (IDaaS) providers i.e. ForgeRock, Okta etc.
- Design engagement platforms to integrate with eCommerce, PIM and DAM.
- Modern authentication protocols (SAML, Oauth2, OpenID), identity architecture and federation.
- Responsible for customer onboarding and the registration processes.
- API and Microservices architectures.
- Digital marketing programmes, CRM, Marketing Automation
- DevOps CI/CD and Automation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good senior-level stakeholder management soft skills and competencies
Required skills:
- Deep understanding of modern authentication protocols (SAML, Oauth2, OpenID)
- Exposure to digital marketing programmes, CRM, Marketing, Automation etc.
- Working experiences of leading solution architecture for modern Web and native MobApp engagement platforms
- Excellent knowledge of DXP/CMS solutions EpiServer, Sitecore etc.
- Experience of integrating engagement platforms with CIAM (IDaaS) providers i.e. ForgeRock, Okta, etc.
- Background: Development and Software Engineering
- Industry: Pharmaceuticals, Digital Healthcare, Retail would be a plus.
