Mentmore is currently recruiting for a Principal CX Consultant for our client, a leading organisation who are scaling up their IT practice. They are looking to bring on board an experienced Principal CX Consultant with extensive experience with Oracle CX applications, Cloud CX CRM, sales and technology.

Note: Oracle Cloud CX experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality technical consulting services to end-clients (in one or more technologies).
• Oracle platforms: Integration Cloud, Oracle Digital Experiences AI chat boxes, Oracle Visual Builder or similar.
• Taking architectural decisions and producing designs
• Oracle Cloud CX CRM
• Taking third party software decision
• Technically leading/guiding technical delivery teams, acting as the expert
• Managing and guiding technical teams
• Configuring Oracle CX applications to support any requirements needed (core, non-core, integration, specialised modules)
• Defining development, configuration management and deployment processes at clients
• Responsible for overall management of risks and issues, and defining and mitigating key project risks.
• Help to drive technical innovation within the company.
• Act as a technology evangelist
• Identification of further sales opportunities at existing clients
• Delivery of pre-sales activities to support the sales process
• Creating and maintaining project plans
• Engaging with Oracle as part of understanding more about the products in which we specialise and their roadmaps Ensuring compliance

Required skills:

 

• 8-15 years’ experience with cutting-edge Oracle CX Cloud
• Excellent working experience with IT Architecture design
• Delivered multiple projects of Oracle CX Cloud
• Good knowledge of any of the following platforms: Integration Cloud, Oracle Digital Experiences AI chat boxes, Oracle Visual Builder or similar.
• Hands on experiences with various Oracle technologies
• Background: Engineering or Computer Science
