They are looking to bring on board an experienced Head of Engineering who has strong experiences in leading large, multi-year, business-critical Engineering Systems technology solutions and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for new technology to transform our Engineering systems applications management.
  • Drive continuous improvements across different application technologies
  • You will set the technology strategy and direction for our applications; partners with business partners and influences overall strategy
  • Develops and implements technology vision and operating plans; sets direction based on alignment to business strategy and technology opportunities
  • SDLC methodologies – Waterfall, Agile & DevOps solutions delivery models
  • Provides leadership to SAFe agile and teams continuous improvement.
  • Manages relationship with Application vendors & SI partners, influencing technology roadmaps and contract negotiations
  • Represents the CIO organization in program executive steering committees or project management board
  • Ensures system, technical and product architectures are aligned with business objectives

Required skills:

Mentmore are currently recruiting for a Solution Architect for our client, a leading retail organisation who are undertaking a various project’s. They are looking to bring on board an experienced Solution Architect with extensive stakeholder management and business partnering experience from a strong customer facing background.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high level and low-level solution designs and ensure that the solution design meet the technology strategy of the business.
  • Engage and build strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Cloud solution design, including IaaS and Azure.
  • Hands on work with API design
  • Work closely with business and technology SMEs to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
  • Assist in delivery of technical solutions.
  • Work with latest developments in Cloud, e.g., serverless computing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good senior-level stakeholder management soft skills and competencies.

 

Experience required:

  • 5-7 years Solution Architecture experience ideally within a customer facing role.

Mentmore is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst for our client, a leading retail organisation who are undertaking a various project’s. They are looking to bring on board an experienced Business Analyst with extensive analysis, business system design and digital experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business analysis and business systems design and ensure that systems developed fully align with business requirements.
  • Work across the project lifecycle and be accountable for business analysis, design, testing, documentation, and implementation of applications systems.
  • Develop a good understanding of business systems architecture, to provide knowledge to IT management and business representatives.
  • Create and verify cost benefit cases for nominated projects.
  • Responsible to carry out and assist in Risk Analysis.
  • Working closely with IT management, devise, and scope systems development projects.

Experience required:

Mentmore is currently recruiting for a Cloud Solution Architect for our client, a global organisation who are undertaking a large-scale digital transformation programme. They are looking to bring on board an experienced Cloud Solution Architect with extensive experience of hosting solutions such as private/public cloud IaaS, PaaS and SaaS platforms.

Key responsibilities:

  • Craft solutions and govern the solutions as they are being deployed into the organisation.
  • Ensure that the solution design meet the technology strategy of the business.
  • Architecting and designing technical solutions for Microsoft-centric solutions based on industry standards using Azure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS capabilities.
  • Responsible for the architecture vision and strategy of the organisation.
  • cloud security controls including tenant isolation, encryption at rest, encryption in transit, key management, vulnerability assessments, application firewalls, SIEM, etc.

They are looking to bring on board an experienced Network Engineer with extensive experience of network technologies and architecture such as TCP/IP and hands on experience with Cisco Meraki network products and components.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining network infrastructure across the globe.
  • Support on design and maintenance of all Networking components (routing, switching, firewalls, wireless)
  • Hands on work with Cisco Meraki network products and components
  • Cisco CCNA Enterprise Infrastructure or similar
  • Working with Cisco AnyConnect
  • Expert / SME support on complex network issues and incidents
  • Support in the rollout of the new Network strategy and design.

They are looking to bring on board an experienced Production Support Analyst with extensive experience of middleware/integration systems and transact-SQL queries.

Please note that within the role you will provide 24/7 out of hours support on a rota basis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing in-depth root cause analysis or request fulfilment.
  • You will regularly deliver professional 2nd and 3rd line application support for middleware and integration systems.
  • High volume application support
  • Writing and using transact-SQL queries on a day-to-day basis.
  • AppDynamics and IIS Server
  • Configuring and maintaining multi-tier environments

Key responsibilities:

  • Architect and help build data systems and data pipeline engineering on cloud platforms.
  • Modern data engineering

They are looking to bring on board a Junior SAP Functional Analyst with 3+ years’ experience with SAP ECC6 modules – SD, MM or FI and Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (P2P).

Key responsibilities:

  • SAP ECC6 – support their product procurement (MM/P2P), customer order processing (SD/OTC) and financials (FI).
  • Leverage SAP ECC6 for business efficiency and development
  • 3rd Part connections and (WMS) Warehouse Management Systems integrations.
  • Gather business requirements and model into system requirements that are well structured and clearly documented
  • Product supply within a B2B environment and beyond to B2C fulfilment
  • Define project objectives and constraints, along with clearly defined Scope documents
